Her expertise spans the design and delivery of effective adult learning programs, the management of federal housing initiatives, and the enforcement of compliance standards for programs such as Section 8, LIHTC, and HOME. With a robust background in instructional design, stakeholder engagement, and project management, Markisha has consistently developed innovative solutions to enhance organizational performance and drive measurable outcomes.
Throughout her career, Markisha has spearheaded statewide housing compliance initiatives, overseen complex multi-family property audits, and implemented customized training programs using advanced LMS platforms.
