Quincy A. Johnson, a U.S. Army veteran with eight years of honorable service, including three combat tours, is the visionary founder of Vet2Vet Housing, Inc. Driven by a passion for supporting fellow veterans, Quincy established the organization to address critical issues such as homelessness and access to essential resources, empowering veterans to rebuild their lives and thrive in civilian communities.

Our Purpose
The purpose of Vet2Vet Housing, Inc. is to create a supportive environment where veterans can overcome financial and housing challenges. Through a combination of compassionate care, targeted services, and community-driven initiatives, we seek to restore hope, dignity, and opportunity for veterans. Our efforts focus on addressing immediate needs while equipping veterans with the tools and resources necessary to thrive in the civilian world, ensuring they have the stability and support to lead fulfilling and independent lives.
Looking toward the future, we plan to expand our impact by establishing a dedicated veteran's center that will serve as a hub for housing assistance, job training, mental health resources, and community engagement. Additionally, we aim to implement programs for long-term stability, including transitional housing projects, partnerships with local employers, and initiatives focused on health and wellness. Through these advancements, we aspire to broaden our reach and continue making a meaningful difference in the lives of those who have bravely served our nation.

Markisha Lattimore is a results-driven leader with over 12 years of experience in training, program management, and regulatory compliance within the affordable housing and government sectors. Her expertise spans the design and delivery of effective adult learning programs, the management of federal housing initiatives, and the enforcement of compliance standards for programs such as Section 8, LIHTC, and HOME. With a robust background in instructional design, stakeholder engagement, and project management, Markisha has consistently developed innovative solutions to enhance organizational performance and drive measurable outcomes.
Throughout her career, Markisha has spearheaded statewide housing compliance initiatives, overseen complex multi-family property audits, and implemented customized training programs using advanced LMS platforms. Recognized for her strategic vision and exceptional leadership, she has cultivated collaborative environments that achieve operational excellence and empower teams to succeed.
